Godaddy Sub Domain Not working last 4days But if i use VPN Then working FIne

Dear Friends

I have website with Godaddy hosting and i am using cloudflare DNS at last 8 month
but 4 days before i am facing issue with my subdomain my DNS side everything fine already ad A record and point to IP
Godaddy chat support telling the issue from cloudflare

if i use VPN then my sub domain is working fine my region is Saudi Arabia
and i am getting error is 523 from cloud flare
