So I am unable to get to Godaddy Plesk Admin page from your own domain. ie https://jimbrown.net:8443/ thoughts? had no issues before migrating to Cloudflare SSL

Cloudflare issues the SSL and unclear how I fix from your post.
A Cloudflare issues certificate would be a Cloudflare Origin CA certificate.
Did you install your Cloudflare Origin CA certificate on your server with bindings to the virtual host listening on port 8443?
in godaddy you can see I inclided SSL from https://www.jimbrown.net unsure how to include virtual host listening on port 8443
