Godaddy not changing nameservers?

Hi All

I’m trying to change our nameservers to cloudflare but the support at godadday keep rejecting this.
They keep telling me that they are not “Authoraritive” - how do i make them “Authoraritive”?

You’d have to ask GoDaddy. What’s the domain?

Thanks for the message i asked them a few times and they the nameservers needs to be authoritative? and i must ask cloudflare.

Ah. GoDaddy is not your domain registrar. It’s probably just your website host. ZA Domain Name Authority looks to be where you need to set the name servers.
