Well, we do have two SPF records

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Well, we do have two SPF records and for some time now. But one is for Godaddy Microsoft 365 email and the other is for our website server.

Don’t know how to resolve.

You can only have one SPF record, so you need to combine both of your records into one.
