Go Daddy Alias Domain forward to Cloudflare

Hi,

I have about 60 alais domains i would like to forward from my Go Daddy account to 3 root domains i have set up in cloudflare. As the NS is in cloudflare i cant directly redirect from Go Daddy which causes an an error. According to my research i need to add these go daddy alias domains either as A record or CName (please confirm) which one and then i should be able to redirect the godaddy domain example.org to the root domain example.com. Is this true? Also do i have to purchase a SSL certificate for the alias Go Daddy domains if i have to add them to my DNS records in cloudflare. Any clarity on how to do this add these Go Daddy alias domains to my root domains in cloudflare without paying for an SSL cert would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
