Gmail users who are members of my website do not receive a confirmation mail. Uninstalling ColudFlare everything is fine. _dmarc settings are made and mail is sent to hotmail.

What product in Cloudflare did you uninstall?
Do you mean you off loaded your domain from Cloudflare?

If it is Gmail users, are they even being registered?
Is there a Firewall event when they attempt to register?
If you are not having trouble with other emails, then I do not suspect its an issue with your email/DNS.

Have you asked them to check their spam folder? Sometimes the email goes into spam folder because GMAIL makes the decision for the entire world!!
I had a similar problem some months ago and so I decided to move my THAT domain to another place and it started working. Of course, I bypassed CF for that domain only. Now gmail receives and sends alright.
In my case I was using free domain from freenom and some of you might have heard that MOST FREE DOMAINS will soon expire because African countries wants to manage their own infrastructure. They have sued Freenom to pass on all records to the respective countries but Freenom is refusing to do so.
Freenom is now not registering free domains for sometime until the case is resolved in French/Dutch courts. The only domain that will still work is dot tk (turkish).
