I have my domain set up to forward email sent to my domain to a gmail address. I have DMARC set up and an SPF record:
v=spf1 include:_spf.mx.cloudflare.net include:_spf.google.com ~all
A large proportion of inbound emails are being bounced from Gmail after being forwarded to Gmail by Cloudflare, with error messages such as:
Unknown error: transient error (421): 4.7.0 [104.30.8.157 19] Gmail has detected that this message is4.7.0 suspicious due to the very low reputation of the sending domain. To4.7.0 best protect our users from spam, the message has been blocked. For4.7.0 more information, go to4.7.0 https://support.google.com/mail/answer/188131 j13-20020a05600c190d00b004146d72c454si2001183wmq.157 - gsmtp
These are from original sending domains with excellent reputations (e.g. major universities).
What can I do?
