All the emails linked to our domain that we send to gmail recipients bounce back as UNDELIVERABLE. What needs to be done to rectify this problem? Please assist as I am illeterate on these matters!
Please check the bounce message well. There should be some technical reason given other than just “UNDELIVERABLE”. Provide any tells in the mail, including any error codes, so we can help troubleshoot this.
As a baseline, please ensure all your domain is properly authenticated: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc – and that your SPF record includes the server you’re using to send these emails.
