Gmail cant connect to my mailserver

Hi!

After I using cloudflare gmail can’t recive emails from my server.

Any help?

Hi @llc.trader,

Without more info, I can only really point you to Email Troubleshooting - I suspect you have it set in Gmail to point to a host that is :orange: whereas in needs to connect to a :grey: one.

What other information would be needed?

Without cloudflare gmail recived all mails from my mailserver. After connect my domain to cloudflare gmail can’t connect.

Your domain name and the hostname you have set Gmail to connect to to retrieve the email.

domain is fashiondreams.ee

before i connect to cloudflare was user:my mail address
and POP: mail.fashiondreams.ee

As I thought,

This is currently :orange: in Cloudflare. In the DNS app in your Cloudflare dashboard, click the :orange: next to mail to turn it :grey:.

  1. Delete the CNAME with the name ‘mail’ by clicking the X to the right of it.
  2. Click ‘Add record’, select ‘A’ from the dropdown, enter ‘mail’ as the name, put the same IP address as in your other A records, click the :orange: so it turns :grey: and add it.
