I used the global apikey to request https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4
/accounts/{account_id}/diagnostics/traceroute, but the result returned was 401, “Account does not have permission”
I assume this endpoint likely needs an Enterprise plan and/or maybe a network service (Argo, Magic transit, Spectrum, etc) where it would be suited for debugging. It works for my Enterprise + Spectrum account, but not on my free accounts.
