Given IP changes when subscribing from free to Pro Plan?

What is the name of the domain?

tutto.com.br

What is the issue you’re encountering

My website was accessible under proxy from Brazil, through 104.21.10.119 IP, when I was using the free plan. Although, after I changed to a paid plan (Pro), the IP of proxied domains changed to 104.26.2.19, which seems to be blocked by one of the largest ISPs in the country (Claro/NET). Can I remain with the original IP?

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

I am afraid not.

Proxied :orange: DNS records are the subject of change and different domains can get different IPs.

Unfortunately, that’s the result of blocking or restricting IP addresses at country-level ISPs.

Thanks, @fritex.

Well, I created a whole new account, and set up all CF environment and DNS trying to get a different IP other than 104.26.2.19. While in free plan, all the hosts - even when proxied - were accessible and under 104.21.10.119 IP (a different IP, which is not blocked by any ISP in Brazil).

I want to know for sure if moving do paid plans change the proxied IPs, not maintaining those given in free plans… If so, I’ll consider back to free plan, which is very basic in therms of WAF and security rules, but at least with no restrictions or blocks.

Each domain that is proxied under Cloudflare might get same or different IP address. And the IP address might change when the plan is upgraded.

Thank you !!
