yes, I wrote to gitbook support, they said to contact cloudflare support. but they sent me to create a ticket. I don’t understand where to do this.

- You are trying to link your custom domain to GitBook.
- GitBook manages their customers’ custom domains via the Cloudflare SSL for SaaS offering.
You are in the best position to talk to them because you are the owner of the domain, but we are happy to also talk to them if they ask for that.
For context, here’s the full error message as we see it on our side:
The hostname is part of a banned domain. This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, please email [email protected] with the name of the web property and a detailed explanation of your association with this web property.
