I have a wordpress website. On a page I’m using an addon called Notes (by LeanDash) appears a gif animation of loading:
I have no idea why this is happening. I’ve contacted LearnDash support and they stipulated it’s caused by cloudflare and they’ve explicitly mentioned in their documents that they do not support caching of any kind. So I disabled caching and performance for that page, but the problem persists.
Top note that the gif on the animation of loading is originated from cloudflare - I’ve posted the link and the image just appeared. Here it is again.
That is Cloudflare Turnstile and it appears to be blocked. Can you disable any ad blockers?
Turnstile is not enabled on my website.
Did you ask leardash why they think it’s cloudflare? You can try to pause cloudflare on the site to see if the issue persists. Can you share the name of the site?
Since disabling caching and performance optimizations didn’t resolve it consider checking if there are any conflicting plugins or scripts causing the problem. Additionally reviewing the pages code and consulting with a developer may help pinpoint and resolve the issue.
