When I use Page Rules

the login is not working for site:

Using cache -standard - all is working fine but it’s slower.
Is it possible to use cache - everything - login to work normally.

Cache Everything removes cookies, because you don’t want those saved in cache for all to see.
You would need Bypass Cache On Cookies (Business & Enterprise Plan), or a Worker to perform a similar function. Something like this, but you would have to modify it for Ghost:
