What is the issue you’re encountering

I am taking over a domain/website from a deceased business owner. Only she had edited the website previously. Now I want to edit website content. I am able to access the domain thru Cloudflare and see analytics, but I cannot make edits to content. Help?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried calling customer support. But my account is free. So I must use the community forum.

Your DNS records aren’t proxied and I can see they point to 66.235.200.31 so your site content is not with Cloudflare itself. That IP address is routed through Cloudflare and the response gives Cloudflare headers so it is a host that is also using Cloudflare.

Check business payment records to see who you may be paying for hosting.
