I keep getting this same garbage. These guys are awful. I’m on 7th week after submitting tickets, basically same story as you. They never respond. When they do, it’s “we resolved this and now it’s in Salesforce” and then nothing.
The best part is, not only can we not see anything related to Salesforce, but I can’t even see all 3 tickets I’ve submitted in the support area of their website now.
Anything yet? I am having the same problem. 7 weeks, no response, they keep closing my tickets as resolved. I have a double account as well and they are absolutely, unequivocally pathetic at customer service and giving me any idea whatsoever for the last 7 weeks of what is going on. I can’t access any of these because my support dashboard doesn’t work, so I don’t know what’s going on and the emails don’t say anything other than “click here to access the dashboard,” if there’s an update, which I can’t because it’s programmed wrong.
