Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Phishing warnings are issued by Cloudflare’s Trust & Safety team and if you have investigated and fixed the links that were causing this, you can submit a “Request a Review” from within your dashboard.
Unfortunately, the Cloudflare Community can’t directly help with these types of warnings or remove them for you and you will have to wait until you hear back from Trust and Safety.
