Put in support case about not being able to get support, but can’t look at the support case because it tells me my userid/password are incorrect, even though I just used the same userid/password to enter the case. Basically, it seems impossible to get support. Chat doesn’t work - throws the same error about not being able to locate dashboard account.
The domain you provided miata.net does not use Cloudflare at all: it’s registered with GoDaddy, uses DNSMadeEasy nameservers, and resolves to a RackSpace IP address. None of these has anything to do with Cloudflare.
What’s your actual problem for which you’re trying to get support from Cloudflare?
If it’s a technical issue, the community might be able to assist you to fix it. But please note, again, that the domain you provided does not use Cloudflare at all.
Right now, the issue is literally about the non-existent support. I haven’t yet change my nameservers because I have a high volume site and if I run into an issue after going live, I need to know I can get some help. Yet I can’t - even though I have a business account. Chat doesn’t work. Support portal doesn’t let me log in. The cases I created resulted in automated responses that don’t help. So this question is how can I get the support that my account is entitled to.
It has now been more than 24 hours since setting up my PAID business account. I’ve tried twice to submit support requests just to gain access to the support portal. Both times it sent me an automated message saying that it’s now set up, but it still throws the same error “Cannot locate dashboard account”, so I can’t even see my own support cases.
How does anyone get actual support from Cloudflare? While I appreciate that the community can help, I can’t move forward with flash cutting my domain to Cloudflare if I don’t know that I’ll have support when I need it.
