Getting Message 1014 Website is down

Good day,

I’m hoping someone can help me, as my site is down…bad for business. I am getting error 1014. I was told to mention the following to Cloudflare:

From the private bin tool I could see that CNAME record is not propagating on the server: DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool

Please provide this Ray ID: 7b2aa23b5bdc6bb2 to Cloudflare. They will be able to find the root cause of this with the Ray ID I have provided.

If the CNAME is set to :orange: it will be published as two A records and two AAAA records. That means tha you will not find it when you lookup a CNAME. Setting it to :grey: DNS Only will publish a CNAME.
