I can’t update my nameservers to activate Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have registered to Clouldflare a few days ago and got stuck at first stage.
Namecheap support say that my setup is fine.
Cloudflare message is “invalid nameservers” and “Update your nameservers to activate Cloudflare”
nslookup (https://www.nslookup.io/domains) says: “The Cloudflare DNS server responded with these DNS records. Cloudflare will serve these records for as long as the time to live (TTL) has not expired. After this period, Cloudflare will update its cache by querying one of the authoritative name servers.”

What should I do next?

This means either…

• you have not selected a plan, even if free
  or
