Getting Invalid URL (Code: 10010) when Uploading video from Cloudflare

When I go to Stream > Videos > Use Link

  1. I put in my link to the video on my website

  2. I put in the Video Name

  3. I click Upload

  4. I get an error 'Invalid URL (Code: 10010)

This happens to ALL my videos on my website. How do i fix this as without the ability to upload videos then this service becomes usable.

Please help.
