Getting invalid email verification links after first one expired

I’m not able to verify my account email address, because I forgot to click on the initial link until it expired.
Whenever I click resend, I get a new verification link but it’s invalid. So I’m stuck in this invalid link loop

I have finally managed to get it to work.
The “resend verification email” options seems to be broken, IF you click it from an already expired invitation link.
Instead, you should manually go to your profile → preferences and then you will find a text that says (Not Verified) and a “Send verification email” under it. That one worked!
