Getting I/O Failures too Often

Hi everyone!
I have a wordpress page and I only use 8 plugins of Orfeo Theme. They are Cloudlfare, Contact Form 7, Elementor, Elementor Header&Footer, Elementskit Lite, Heartbeat Control, Orbitfox and WP Optimize.

But still I am getting too many I/O failures (around once in every 3 days). I asked my hosting service to install a decent cronjob and they did it but nothing changed. I cannot find what causes that and I am out of ideas. I also added this to my wp_config.php “define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );”

Can anyone help me to find the problem out?

I/O errors are entirely a problem with the server, so this is not a problem with Cloudflare. Your question would be better suited for a Q&A forum like https://serverfault.com/.
