Getting Host Error

Hello team,
I have EC2 instance on AWS and pointed my domain with Cloudflare to it. But now I keep getting this error:
Error 522
Connection timed out
Browser: working
Cloudflare: working
Host: Error

However, can anyone explain to me why this is happening and how I could fix it, please?
