Getting Help with your Support Issues/tickets


Hello everyone!

We often ask for ticket numbers to help investigate and/or escalate certain issues posted within this forum. That being said, the focus here is NOT to just get staffers to move faster on your previously submitted ticket.

Including the ticket number is helpful (definitely don’t stop including if you have one), but to get the most help it is best to include more detail about your specific issue. Hopefully others in the community can advise on solutions, or an answer to your issue may be helpful to someone in the future with a similar problem.

Moving forward, please refrain from doing a +1 on someone else’s issue without more info about your particular situation. If your situation differs from the specifics outlined in the thread, feel free to create a new topic. If we determine it’s a duplicate of another issue we can merge them later.
