Getting the below error
Failed to activate Cloudflare for xyz.com . Cloudflare is already activated for this domain under a different account.
I have not used Cloudflare for this particular domain.

I was trying to connect Cloudflare through siteground’s server panel, where this error was.

Well, as the message indicates, the domain is actually already active on a Cloudflare account. There it has the nameservers jerry and lina assigned. You’ll first need to remove it from there before being able to activate it on your host’s side.

I don’t know which Account may have been linked, the one i know doesn’t have this site linked. is there any other way?
Not really, you need to check which other accounts you might have.
However, as the domain does not point to Cloudflare, its setup on Cloudflare should be probably deactivated in the coming days anyhow and then you should be able to activate it on your host’s side.
