Getting error when trying to config Log Push Job with Splunk

Getting below error when I try to configure Log Push Job for a Specific path in Splunk bucket.
for example XX.XX.XX.1:8088/services/collector/raw - gives this error. XX.XX.XX.2:8088/services/collector/raw -test works.

When I try to configure Log Push job to XX.XX.XX.1:8088/services/collector/raw using Cloudflare UI , I get error
