Getting error "Unable to find your Access application!" when going to website

“Unable to find your Access application!” even though Allow selector is set

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Followed the setup instructions here: Render a VNC client in browser · Cloudflare Zero Trust docs

And then deleted my Application and re-added it per comments from other forum posts.

Then go to my newly set up subdomain.

Instead of getting an authentication page where I can enter my email address, I get an error page:
There are no Identity Providers in your account

Please go to the Authentication Tab at Cloudflare One to create an Identity Provider.

Nevermind. I figured out that I still have to at least set up the One-time PIN authentication method.
