What is the issue you’re encountering

Getting a error message that This site can’t be reached but not able to identify why. And checked the status of the domain on Cloudflare account and it shows as ACTIVE.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We tried to update the name servers in our domain registrar account but it didn’t work. The name servers we can see on account are ending with cloudflare.com

What feature, service or problem is this related to?
