Getting Error: "message": "Account does not have permission

I am trying to use API for traceroute but I get below error, so how can I check my permission and does it need paid account?

There isn’t a great way sadly, they used to be displayed on the API Page, but now they’re only in the API Schema metadata.
Regardless in this case the diagnostics traceroute API is Enterprise only.
