Getting error for AMP pages

Here is the following message I am getting when submitting the contact form on AMP. The same form is working with no error on my other site (which are not set up with Cloudflare SSL).

The ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header has a value ‘https://www-hemleyseptic-com.cdn.ampproject.org’ that is not equal to the supplied origin. Have the server send the header with a valid value, or, if an opaque response serves your needs, set the request’s mode to ‘no-cors’ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

I am not seeing any option to figure out the issue. Have you ever exeperinced this before. Could you please share your thoughts.

See if you can add that URL to the Access-Control-Allow-Origin header your server sends back. This header is never touched or changed by Cloudflare, so it’s being directly proxied from your origin server.
