Getting error 1010 on two files on website

Describe the issue you are having: Third party vendor is unable to pull two files from this link. Eight other files pull without issue.

What error message or number are you receiving? 1010

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue? Trying to have web admin contact Cloudflare allowlist these two files.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare? Yes, was an Amazon site

What are the steps to reproduce the error: Vender utilizes program to pull correct file from website

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode? It is an automated process.

An 1010 error is caused by our Browser Integrity Check security feature - Browser Integrity Check · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs

This feature looks at the request headers and blocks based on headers that are most commonly used by malicious actors.

It is strange your only seeing this on two files. Are you able to share a screenshot of what you are seeing, or steps to replicate the problem?

Sorry, I hit send before completing. It is a third party site that will pull the necessary file to complete a task. It is an automated process. As indicated, the other documents in the folder are downloaded without issue.

You should be able to use our Firewall Events to filter ‘block’ actions being caused by BIC - browser integrity check - Security Events · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs

You can then create ‘skip’ rules to allow this third-party to skip browser integrity check for the parts of your site they need to download from - Configure a custom rule with the Skip action · Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) docs
