Getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN When viewing my site

Hi, I’m getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN when attempting to view my website (leapcraft.net). I recently rebooted my system and after that with some configuring apache2 virtual hosts, none of my sites work. Even Orange cloud is enabled and im not getting the “Site is down” message.

Thats a DNS issue. Whats the output of these commands?

ping leapcraft.net
nslookup leapcraft.net
ping www.leapcraft.net
nslookup www.leapcraft.net

nslookup leapcraft.net: Server: 127.0.0.53
Address: 127.0.0.53#53

** server can’t find leapcraft.net: SERVFAIL

same for www

It would seem as if your resolver cant resolve your domain for the time being.

is this a cloudflare issue or a server-side issue?

Possibly a DNSSEC issue.

Check your DNSSEC settings at your registrar.

Ah, I did just enable DNSSEC

In that case your settings at your registrar wont match Cloudflare. Make sure these are correct.

I found my problem. I chose the wrong algorithm.
