Getting cloudfare to work on .com.au that doesn't show up on ICANN

We are trying to do a quick web app test with a .com.au domain from crazydomains but cannot seem to get past the ‘verify name servers part’. The name servers have %100 been updated correctly on crazydomains side, but we cannot seem to get past ‘verifying name servers’, as well as ICANN cannot see the registar details for this domain. What is the best way to proceed here?

Most likely the nameservers will still be wrong. What’s the domain?
