Getting blocked on all cloudflare servers

I recently upgraded my internet and ever since I have had to do captcha checks on every site I go to with Cloudflare and half of them will just outright block me. I cannot figure out what the heck is going on. Please help I can barely use my internet like this.

May I ask how does the “blocking page” look like?
Can you share a screenshot of it?

Is this happening whenever you try to access any Website which is using Cloudflare, or only on your own Websites?

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?
Do you use any particular anti-virus software or some kind of an Web browser extension?

Try this : Open Date and Time by click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Clock, Language, and Region, and then click Date and Time. Click the Internet Time tab, and then click Change settings… then check list Synchronize with an Internet time server with name Server : time.windows.com and click Update now. Try that website again because that how i solved my problem with “This challenge page was accidentally cached and is no longer available”.

Well I forced the change of my IP with my ISP. That appears to have fixed the issue for now. Wondering if it is going to happen again. It was not any local settings as it was happening to every device on my network without a vpn.

It was the regular captcha page for Cloudflare. It was every site with Cloudflare. Doordash, OneAZCreditUnion, Ninja Kiwi, ect.

Unfortunately Cloudflare doesn’t reveal information about why an IP is getting blacklisted but the usual suspects are as follows: malware on your computer or network, IP address previously used by abusive or malware infected network (the negative IP reputation remains), or sometimes even other IP addresses nearby yours can cause the whole block of IP addresses to drop in reputation (although I don’t know if Cloudflare uses the nearby addresses policy or not).

You could try checking some various IP reputation/block services to see if your IP address was/is listed (and what it is listed for). One site is Email Blacklist Check - IP Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted . If it returns any blacklists, it helps to look into the blacklist policies to see why they are listed as some of them such as RATS Dyna just attempt to list all residential IP addresses. Another site is IP and Domain Reputation Center || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group - Comprehensive Threat Intelligence that will tell you if they have collected any spam sent from your IP address.

Note: Most IP reputation services are intended for block spam email so if it is not listed on any of these services it doesn’t necessarily mean the IP is not blocked on cloudflares end for abusing webservices.
