Getting billed for subscription that doesn't exist inside dashboard billing

I tried to purchase load balancing about a month ago kept getting this error

Internal Server Error (Code: 1000) Error: Load Balancing could not be enabled

decided to give up on it and today I see a charge for load balancing that I never activated or used! lol

worst of it all I cannot even see it inside the dashboard, use it or cancel it

If you already created a ticket, all you need to do now is wait. The community is not able to help with billing issues.

they cannot escalate a false charge? it’s not a lot of money and I use cloudflare but it would still suck to pay for service I cannot access
