Getting B grade in SSL test even after setting minimum version to v1.2

I have set the minimum TLS version to v1.2 and enabled HSTS but I am still getting a B grade for the SSL test at SSL Labs

What am I doing wrong and how long will changes made on the dashboard to take effect?
