What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have a domain (fixitdms.com) which was hosted on Cloudflare but the developer who made it, unfortunately passed away and now I don’t have access to the files which I want to update.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I spoked to my Domain Provider and recommended me to talk to Cloudflare Support.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

Your site is not hosted on Cloudflare. The Cloudflare DNS records aren’t proxied and point to AWS. Whether your developer used AWS directly, or uses another provider who uses AWS, I can’t tell.

If the Cloudflare account was that of your developer, then you won’t be able to access the Cloudflare account anyway. You can take control of the DNS for your domain by changing the nameservers at your registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account or other DNS provider.
