You added the zone (website), deleted it, added it and recently deleted it. At the moment, the nameservers do not point to cloudflare, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool.

You’d need to add it back to your cloudflare dashboard and then change the nameservers at your domain registrar, when you contact them to make the change, ask them to remove the ICANN hold
