I get the following error message in Sentry when I retrieve objects from R2: “get: We encountered an internal error. Please try again. (10001)”. This error occurs very frequently.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have created several buckets to distribute the load but that doesn’t seem to help. The error still occurs sporadically.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Create an R2 bucket and get objects via the Cloudflare Worker API. The error then occurs from time to time. Unfortunately, it cannot be reliably reproduced and only occurs in production.
