Get error 404 when using www on my url

I get error when using www on my url

I already add CNAME www to my DNS, but sometimes it showing error 404 when open my website using www

The error show when i try to open, close, open, close my website (see the video)

but it’s fine if i open my website without www

Afraid your site has a general server issue as there is no valid certificate.

You best pause Cloudflare and contact your host to have your site fixed. Once it loads fine on HTTPS, it will also work on Cloudflare and you can unpause Cloudflare.
