Get all monitoring setting?

Hello,

I’m trying to find if all our sites are monitored properly (under Load-Balancing > Manage Monitoring). We have many of them and it would take a long time to click around on the web console.
Is there a way to obtain/export all our sites settings under one account in a file format like yaml/json/otherwise?
I tried to use cf-terraforming but as far as I know it can only do one zone (site) per request.

I am not sure if you can export but you can use the API the list monitors (docs).
