Get additional help not working

Hi everyone,

I am trying to submit a request on the “Get additional help” option and unfortunately is not working.

I cannot access the domain name. The screenshot is provided below.

I’ve had that issue as well. Not sure what the actual problem was but refreshing the page a couple of times fixed it…

What is your support request about? If you’re on the free plan, you’re unlikely to get much help from email support without asking here on the forums first.

Is the Enterprise plan that we have. I would like to know if the can receive a detailed log information about our latest “strange behaviour”, website related.

Something like " How many IPs were requested on an x period of time"
