Geo-Trageting US vs rest of the world

We have two site, Link 1 and Link 2. we are trying to create a rule (or something) in cloudfare, that could geo-target US traffic to Link 1 and the rest of the world to Link 2 we have two domains. both are shopify stores. what is the best way to achieve this.
