Update - Cloudflare Engineering has confirmed that this is isolated to the WARP and Gateway device posture attributes. All other device posture filtering is working as expected.

Investigating - Cloudflare Engineering is investigating an issue causing Device Posture policies to not be evaluated in Gateway Network and HTTP policies. This does not impact Device Posture policies in Access.
