Gateway analytics isnt displaying anything for weeks

Gateway analytics has not been displaying anything i have the setup on the router my polices are working but i cant see the traffic happening on the gateway

Are you sure that Gateway DNS location still has the correct IPv4 address for your internet connection? While will resolve for you, it won’t know which account to send the log to.

If your ISP allocates dynamic IP addresses, it may have changed. In that case, rather than just updating it (assuming you have IPv6), you are better to remove the IPv4 DNS servers from your router completely and use the IPv6 DNS address.

That will be unique from your account and doesn’t need to be tied to your (or any) IP address. For that reason, keep that IPv6 address private since anyone else using it will result in their browsing appearing in your logs.
