I need to gain access to an account that is ours, but the only information that we have the name and date of creation. I am trying to use this email for our Point-of-Sale system. We can email from the system manually and it is also automated with invoices and statements. The way it was set up Gmail and a couple other providers would never receive any emails. I am told from GoDaddy that there are some connectors needed and the DNS pointed in the right direction. This is a little out of my scope and I am looking for some help and it’s not going great.
If you do not have access to the account’s email address, you won’t be able to access that account and will need to set up the domain on another account.
