It seems like the DNS for one of my domains is entirely broken. None of the records (A, MX, TXT, etc.) are working although the Cloudflare console shows everything fine. My other domain has not problem and works fine.

Your screenshot shows only an A record, do you have others?
I see others resolving and it appears your A record is proxied, although it isn’t in your screenshot, and is acting as if it has a wildcard DNS record…

If your screenshot is how your DNS is now, then something seems wrong so you’ll need to raise a support ticket.

That’s the only record I have. And I don’t think I ever added a wildcard.
I tried everything and yet it is a problem that has to be investigated by the Cloudflare team.

Yes, free users can raise account, billing and registrar tickets.
My guess is the wildcard is due to a suspension of your domain (maybe on the registrar side) and Cloudflare is redirecting to a page that says that, but something is broken so the page is not showing.

That could make sense, but I see no reason for this potential blockage. I’ve had almost no activity on this domain.
And nothing seems to be blocked here.
