FTP server to upload website

Hi,

I am in the process of trying to upload my website (tixpng.com) from my localhost wordpress to our domain company (crazydmoains.com.au) wordpress. Now the tech support guys from crazydomains are telling me that I need this information as requested by the crazydomain technical support:

site URL
Host name or IP
host username
host password

Is anyone able to assist with this as soon as possible. Preferably i would like to have the site up and running by close of business today.

That’s nothing we can answer. Cloudflare’s not a webhost and those details should be known to you. If not, ask your hosting provider.

Little hint:
If Cloudflare is active for your Site (:orange:), you can’t connect via the host name. Use the IP instead.
