Cloudflare is a Content Delivery Network, among (many) other things. There is no FTP access to upload a website. You should host the website somewhere else (shared hosting, VPS, Cloud Storage, etc.), then you put Cloudflare in front to secure and speed up the website.

I don’t really understand the question, but I assume you mean that you need a domain from Cloudflare. That is not correct, you must have a domain (bought from a third party), which you then add to Cloudflare.
